Reqs for Gail Crazy Patchwork Cushion

Crazy Patchwork cushion.

Crazy patchwork is a great way to use up your stash, even those tiny bits you just couldn’t part with. As crazy is sewn down on a foundation fabric it means you don’t have to stick to all the same weight cottons. Polyester velvet or silk can all be mixed in a lovely jumble of colours.

The samples in the shop show one cushion all in cotton and one using a selection of fabrics so I’ll leave it up to you. My only advice is the more the better, so bring as many as you have, or I can help you choose some more on the day. We will make a little practice piece first to test the technique and help with fabric choice.

Please bring the following:

20” square of calico for foundation of cushion.
