A great project to make in time for Christmas. Follow the picture or have fun decorating in your own style. This is a fantastic way to use up all those lovely Christmas embellishments you’ve collected or even better an excuse to get some more. Make the tree and then enjoy embellishing in your own way.
The tree in the shop is smaller than my original design; you will be given a pattern for both on the day. The requirements below are for the large tree, so you can choose on the day which size you would like to make. I work with felt squares you may purchase your felt by the meter, I can’t tell you what length to get as it comes in so many different widths so around the equivalent of my squares will do, wool, wool mix or acrylic, my sample was made with acrylic as its cheaper. Use as many or few green as you like or even choose a completely different colour this is your project to enjoy.
You will need
1 metre of pelmet Vilene
2 x12” squares dark green felt
7x 12” square forest green felt
