Many thanks for booking on this class.

Here the class requirements:

-3 coordinating plain fabrics (minimum size fat quarter)

- one contrasting plain (minimum size fat quarter)

- assorted scraps of plain or "mixer" printer. I'm not talking tiny scraps, at least 10" or bigger, or odd strips from jelly rolls

- be prepared to purchase more fabric on the day, as when we start to plan in the afternoon you may need to supplement what you have.

We will spend the morning making samples in several different improv techniques. We will use the plain fabrics and the scraps for this.

In the afternoon, we will work on designing an improv project that you will start in class. This is why you may need to purchase more fabrics. If you have fabric at home that you would like to use, please bring it along (no need to bring your whole stash though!). Plains and small prints are the most useful for improv work.

The project can be whatever you want - from a cushion to a full size quilt.
