Latest update: April 28th 2008

Angeline, from my quilt group, has decided to take part in the 26-mile Woking Bikeathon on Sunday 11th May 2008 to raise money for Leukaemia Research, you can read all about it and sponsor her at:

I recently met Ami Simms, an American teacher. Ami is one of those people who seem to have 48 hours in a day and achieve so much. Her web site is proof of this and if you are interested in her charity work for Alzeimer's then go and check her web site: http://www.amisimms.com/alartquin.html

She organises quilt auctions to raise money for research. You can contribute by biding for the quilts or by making them.

She also has a brilliant way of hanging sleeves on the back of her work: http://www.amisimms.com/howtomarecos.html
