This is the quilt that was made for Cancer Research. Vivienne collected it on Tuesday. Many thanks to all of you who took part. So far, through the raffle of tickets, Vivienne has raised more than £200.00, this is to be added to the money we raised from the Bring and Buy which was over £600.00!!

42 I have a great new gadget to use with my machine - It's called SewSlip. It's a slippery top surface for all your free-motion sewing with a permanent tacky back to hold it in place. It measures 12x18" and has a pre-cut hole to allow the needle to go up and down. It can be trimmed to size if necessary. It is also great to use for fusing project (saves getting Heat and Bond on your ironing board!!). It is something that I can order if you would like one.
	I made a cot quilt using the Timeless Treasure Woodland Animal pictures. Although this specific fabric is not available anymore, I thought it might give you some ideas as to what to do with little pictures.
