Machine or Hand Quilt up to 8" apart.
Pre-washing before use is recommended. Hand wash and dry naturally. Use cold water and mild detergent, soak for 15minutes and squeeze out excess moisture by rolling in a dry towel. Dry naturally lying flat. Shrinkage less than 5%. Do not machine wash or dry batting before quilting.
If pre-washing is not desired, manufacturer recommends that directly after completing your quilt, batting should be machine washed with mild detergent and dried on the delicate cycle, or hand washed and dried naturally. This will give your quilt the perfect antique-wrinkled look.
*We kindly ask that a minimum cut of 1m is ordered, due to postage costs. Please round decimal lengths above 1m to the nearest 0.1m (10cm). Any orders placed to greater accuracy than 0.1m (10cm) may be rounded down to the nearest 0.1m at our discretion.
When purchasing your wadding, don't forget to allow a little extra - your wadding should be 10-15cm (4-6") greater than your quilt top on each side. This is especially important if you plan to have your quilt long-arm quilted.
